How does it work technically? ▸
Each client gets a dedicated Ubuntu VPS on OVH's Beauharnois, Quebec data centre. OpenClaw (the agent runtime) runs as an unprivileged user with no external API calls. Sovereign tier clients run Ollama (a local LLM runtime) on their own instance — the model itself runs in Canada, processes no data externally, and is never shared with other clients. All inter-service communication runs over Tailscale (encrypted mesh network). Port 443 is the only publicly exposed port, behind nginx with a valid TLS certificate.
